  18. The intent of this memo is to present a discussion on the issues
  19. relating to the communications services for SNMP.  While the issues
  20. discussed may not be directly relevant to the research problems of the
  21. Internet, they may be interesting to a number of researchers and
  22. implementors.

  24. This memo provides information for the Internet community.  It does
  25. not specify an Internet standard.  Distribution of this memo is
  26. unlimited.

  28. RFCs can be obtained via FTP from FTP.NISC.SRI.COM, NIS.NSF.NET, 
  29. NISC.JVNC.NET, VENERA.ISI.EDU, WUARCHIVE.WUSTL.EDU, or NIC.DDN.MIL.
